Assoc. Prof. Dr. Z. Ulaş Bali was born on April 24, 1982, in Gelibolu, Çanakkale. He began his medical education at Dokuz Eylül University Medical Faculty and Celal Bayar University Medical Faculty, and completed his specialization in plastic surgery at Celal Bayar University.
Throughout his career, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bali has performed over 35,000 successful surgeries and has worked at several state hospitals. These include Celal Bayar University Hospital, Ağrı State Hospital, and Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Hospital. He has also conducted modern plastic surgery procedures at Istanbul Medical Park Hospital.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bali specializes in modern techniques of plastic and reconstructive surgery and provides services to his patients at the highest quality standards.
